CRITICAL MASS AUDIO WARRANTY POLICY

Critical MASS products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for Ninety (90) Days from the original date of purchase.
The Warranty period is extended to 1 year if the product is purchased and installed by an Authorized Critical MASS Dealer.
All Warranty requires original sales receipt with proper documentation for validation.
Critical MASS products purchased from an unauthorized dealer are NOT covered under warranty.
Critical MASS warranty is non transferable and does NOT apply to products purchased from unauthorized dealers.

TO SERVICE CRITICAL MASS PRODUCTS:

Always include proof of purchase (sales receipt).
Any freight damage is NOT covered under warranty. Send warranty returns to Critical MASS freight prepaid
through an authorized Critical MASS dealer with a copy of proof of purchase (the original sales receipt).
Returns from consumers or non-authorized dealers will be refused unless prior specific authorization by Critical
MASS with a valid RA number.
Critical MASS will use the manufacturing date code to determine Warranty expiration on products returned
without proof of purchase. In which case coverage may be invalidated due to manufacturing date is always
previous to purchase date. Do NOT return NON-defective components. Non-defective products received will be
returned freight-collect. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance in sending and receiving
the product to and from Critical MASS.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTIES:
Critical MASS products purchased outside the United States of America are covered ONLY by that country’s
distributor and not by Critical MASS.

NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
Definitions below are not covered under Critical MASS warranty:
1. Product that has been repaired and/or modified in any way by unauthorized parties.
2. Products bought and or owned by anyone other than the original purchaser from an authorized Critical MASS dealer.
3. Products that have been altered, defaced and or have removed serial numbers.
4. Product that has been physically abused.
5. Speakers that have been:
· Over-powered: thermal burnt voice coil
· Mechanical failure: ripped/torn/broken surrounds, spiders, cones etc.
6. Product cosmetically damaged due to normal wear and tear and or improper handling.
7. Product installed without following the instructions in the Critical MASS owner’s manual and or Authorized Dealer Book.
8. Any shipping costs and or Installation costs associated with removing, re-installing and or shipping the product to Critical MASS for warranty and or service.
9. Products that have been custom finished and or other cosmetic treatments that may be applied to products.
10. Critical MASS is NOT responsible for maintaining and or restoring any kind of custom finishes and or work.
